When I was elected in 2017, and again in 2021, I promised to make City Hall more open, efficient, and collaborative. I worked hard to improve our beach town by leading smart reforms, supporting businesses, and focusing on public safety, traffic, and e-bike safety.
Examples Redondo Beach has benefitted from my leadership:
-Implemented transparent budgeting
-Balanced budgets with savings
-Online permitting
-City Charter reform
We refinanced our pension debt, saving $100,000,000 over 30 years. Designed and built over 80% of our Bicycle Master Plan. Fulfilling promises I made during my campaigns.
As a lifelong South Bay resident, Ocean Lifeguard over 25 years, an experienced City elected official, I know how important Public Safety is. With our $93,000,000 public safety bond, I bring experienced leadership to make these projects successful.
As Mayor, I’ll build on my successful support of businesses. We will be ready to show off Redondo Beach for the Olympics and World Cup.
